Katibaddh Solutions provides smart automation solutions including but not limited to:
- Home and office automation systems
- Smart privacy glass solutions
- Water management systems
- Pest control solutions
- Gate automation systems
- Corporate gifting services
3. Service Terms
- All installations are subject to site feasibility and technical requirements
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- Installation timeline may vary based on project complexity and part availability
- Customer must provide necessary permissions and access for installation
- Additional charges may apply for modifications to original scope
4. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required to confirm order
- Balance payment due upon completion of installation
- Late payment may incur additional charges
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes
- EMI options available for qualifying projects
5. Warranty Terms
- Products: 2-year manufacturer warranty from date of installation
- Installation: 1-year workmanship warranty
- Technical Support: Lifetime support for all customers
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or power surges
- Warranty void if products are tampered with by unauthorized personnel
6. Limitation of Liability
Katibaddh Solutions' liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Damages caused by third-party products or services
- Issues arising from customer's failure to follow operating instructions
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty
- Cancellations after installation begins may incur charges for work completed
- Custom-manufactured products are non-cancellable once production begins
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and intellectual property on our website and in our products remain the property of Katibaddh Solutions. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary content without written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
